Contact enquiries
Name, company, work email, enquiry type, subject and message submitted through the contact form are saved in the WordPress database on the website server in Germany to manage enquiries. Do not submit passwords, confidential drawings or sensitive information.
Industry video embeds
Video preview artwork is served locally. Playback is optional: pressing Play loads YouTube privacy-enhanced embedded playback, which may process network/device details and display YouTube advertising.
Website performance and preferences
Redis and Nginx cache public content. Enquiry forms are excluded from shared page caching. Where a visitor explicitly saves a news topic preference, that preference is stored in browser localStorage rather than our server.
